Bear and Wildlife Watching Boat Cruises

Our cruises are designed for comfort and leisure with an emphasis on wildlife viewing.
On the Bear tour it's not unusual to see bears feeding on the shoreline, eagles on their nests, seals, harbour porpoises, blue herons, and much more.

This vessel has a heated cabin, washroom facilities, galley, and large upper viewing deck.

Historical interpretation of the area is given by the skipper, Michael White, lifetime resident of Tofino.

Make it a romantic tour for two, or get together with family and friends. This is the ideal trip for those who wish to get out on the water, but who are only visiting Tofino for a short time. Hotsprings Cove  Price depends on the size of group, 9-10 hrs

A full day is usually recommended for this trip. Coffee and tea will be offered on board and at the hotsprings. It is suggested that food and water is brought by anyone participating on the tour.

The ride to the hotsprings is gorgeous as it winds its way through many islands and beaches. Once there, it is a 2km walk to the hot springs along a boarded walkway. There are a fair amount of steps along the way so don't feel the need to hurry!

Once at the hotsprings there are several natural pools leading directly to the ocean. In the lower pools, the waves wash right in, lowering the temperature of the 38°C water to a pleasant 30°C. The further away from the ocean, the hotter it gets! A relaxing and amazing trip for anyone looking to get back to nature... in style.
